Project description

'Innovators' coaching' training course tackled the issue of inclusion and presented participants innovative tools for increasing the level of participation of young people through a more inclusive approach in their work.

This training course had partners coming from 6 countries Italy, Germany, Lithuania, Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt and brought together 27 participants.

The main objective of Innovators' coaching Training Course was to equip the participants with the necessary coaching skills to be able to facilitate projects which include young people who were at risk of being marginalized due to their cultural, social or ethnicity background.

The training course focused on addressing these 3 main pillars:

- social inclusion

 - youth participation

 - and education and training.

The activities were designed in a dynamic way to show how good quality coaching can increase the active participation of young people in the organization, especially those young people who are considered as ‘at risk’ from being marginalized from mainstream society.

The project was designed to help participants acquire essential coaching skills and empower young people to be active citizens in their communities.

Through this training the participants increased the quality of their coaching and learnt how to work with young people at risk of exclusion because of their culture, believes and ethnicity amongst others.
